Beth Ann
Ribaudo
DIR Practitioner and Jai Parent Coach
As a passionate DIR Practitioner and Jai Parent Coach, my journey is driven by a profound commitment to understanding and nurturing the unique needs of each child and family I serve. I believe that every child is a beautiful individual with their own strengths, and it is my mission to create an environment where they can flourish.
My approach is rooted in attunement and deep listening, allowing me to connect authentically with children and their parents. I strive to create meaningful relationships, fostering trust and collaboration that empower families to engage in their child’s developmental journey. I see my role as a guide, providing support, insights, and encouragement as parents navigate the complexities of raising a child with differences.
Incorporating the DIR (Developmental, Individual-Difference, Relationship-Based) model, I work to create personalized, developmentally appropriate strategies that honor each child’s unique profile. My focus is on engaging children in ways that resonate with their interests, encouraging them to express themselves and build connections with the world around them.
Through my work as a Jai Parent Coach, I emphasize the importance of attunement not just in my interactions with children, but also in the relationships I help parents cultivate with their children. I provide practical tools and strategies that promote understanding, communication, and emotional connection, allowing parents to feel empowered in their roles.
My service is a reflection of my belief in the transformative power of connection and understanding. I am continually inspired by the families I work with and strive to create spaces where their voices are heard, and their experiences are valued. Together, we embark on a journey of growth, resilience, and joy.
I am excited to be part of the DIR community, sharing my experiences and learning from others as we collectively support the developmental journeys of children and their families.

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
As an occupational therapist, my work is deeply rooted in relationship, understanding, and honoring each individual’s unique developmental profile. I integrate DIR®-informed approaches into my therapy sessions, focusing first on regulation, emotional connection, and meaningful engagement as the foundation for growth. My lens is shaped not only by clinical training, but by lived experience as a sibling of a person with autism—an experience that continues to inform how I listen, observe, and partner with individuals and families in a respectful, strengths-based way.
My background as a former travel occupational therapist allowed me to work across diverse settings, communities, and clinical environments, broadening both my skill set and perspective. These experiences strengthened my ability to individualize care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt interventions to fit real-life contexts. By blending extensive OT experience with DIR principles, I strive to create therapy sessions that are flexible, relationship-driven, and deeply attuned to the whole person—not just their goals, but who they are within their families and daily lives.
