Our story
Beth and Lexi have spent the past two and a half years working side by side, building a strong clinical partnership rooted in shared values, collaboration, and a deep commitment to supporting children and their families. Through their work in occupational therapy and DIR-based approaches, they recognized a common challenge: families are often given home programs filled with great strategies, but integrating them into the flow of everyday life can feel overwhelming and unrealistic.
Inspired to create a more practical and supportive approach, Beth and Lexi set out to bridge the gap between therapy recommendations and real-life application. Their mission is to help families embed simple, effective sensory and regulation strategies into daily routines—mealtimes, play, transitions, and beyond—so that progress continues naturally at home. By empowering parents with tools that feel manageable and meaningful, they aim to foster not only growth and development in each child, but also greater connection, confidence, and harmony within the entire household.

DIR Practitioner and Jai Parent Coach
My approach is rooted in attunement and deep listening, allowing me to connect authentically with children and their parents.
As a passionate DIR Practitioner and Jai Parent Coach, my journey is driven by a deep love for children and families and a genuine curiosity about what makes each child unique. As a mom of a child with a disability, this work is not just professional, it’s personal. My journey with my son has transformed me in ways I never expected, giving me a perspective that blends empathy, patience, and joy. Some of the most proud and meaningful moments of my life have been with him, and those moments continue to guide and inspire everything I do.
I truly believe every child is a beautiful individual with their own strengths, and it is my mission to create spaces where they can shine, explore, and grow at their own pace. My approach is all about attunement and deep listening—really noticing and connecting with children and their parents. I strive to create relationships built on trust and understanding, so families feel supported and empowered as they navigate the ups and downs of their child’s developmental journey. Having walked this path myself, I know how emotional, challenging, and magical it can be and I bring that experience into every session.
Using the DIR (Developmental, Individual-Difference, Relationship-Based) model, I create personalized strategies that honor each child’s unique profile. My goal is to engage children in ways that spark their interests, encourage self-expression, and nurture real connections with the world around them.
As a Jai Parent Coach, I focus on helping parents strengthen their relationships with their children, too. I share practical tools, strategies, and insights that make communication easier, deepen connection, and help parents feel confident, capable, and truly seen.
My work is a reflection of both my professional training and my life as a parent. I am constantly inspired by the families I work with and love creating spaces where their voices are heard and their stories matter. Together, we celebrate growth, resilience, and moments of pure joy.
Every family I meet reminds me that the small moments, the smiles, the discoveries, the “aha” connections can be the most powerful. I bring curiosity, heart, and yes, a little humor, to every session, knowing that learning from your child and your family is just as meaningful as the guidance I offer.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey, celebrating every step, every milestone, and every moment of connection along the way.

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
My background as a former travel occupational therapist allowed me to work across diverse settings
As an occupational therapist, my work is deeply rooted in relationship, understanding, and honoring each individual’s unique developmental profile. I integrate DIR®-informed approaches into my therapy sessions, focusing first on regulation, emotional connection, and meaningful engagement as the foundation for growth. I believe that progress happens most naturally when individuals feel safe, seen, and connected. By prioritizing these core elements, I support children in building the skills they need in a way that feels authentic, empowering, and sustainable.
My lens is shaped not only by clinical training, but by lived experience as a sibling of a person with autism. This perspective continues to inform how I listen, observe, and partner with individuals and families in a respectful, strengths-based way. It has taught me the importance of meeting each person where they are, valuing their differences, and building relationships that foster trust, growth, and genuine connection.
When I was first introduced to the DIR® model and began implementing it into real practice, I witnessed the magic of it firsthand. I saw how quickly progress could happen when I connected with my kids on a deeper, more meaningful level—following their lead, joining their world, and building from shared joy and engagement. That experience transformed the way I practice and solidified my belief that relationships are the true driver of development.
My background as a former travel occupational therapist allowed me to work across diverse settings, communities, and clinical environments, broadening both my skill set and perspective. I have extensive experience in pediatric care, including working in a variety of school settings, early intervention, and outpatient pediatric clinics. These experiences have strengthened my ability to individualize care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt interventions to fit real-life contexts.
Across all settings, I have supported children with a wide range of developmental needs, always striving to create therapy that is engaging, flexible, and meaningful to each child and their family.
By blending extensive occupational therapy experience with DIR® principles, I strive to create therapy sessions that are flexible, relationship-driven, and deeply attuned to the whole person—not just their goals, but who they are within their families and daily lives.
I am passionate about helping children and families feel understood, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Every child deserves to feel understood, connected, and supported. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to connect and walk alongside your family on this journey.
